Good but at times the tracking system did not work as it told me to try again later. The system was easy to use.

My nephew loves these hoodies, so I add to his collection every Christmas. The quality and craftsmanship is great, and the designs are awesome.

Terrible customer service cause me to not ever receive this order. I should get a free sloth hoodie. I placed an order, the address was processed incorrectly, the company never responded for days to my daily emails urgently asking they process the correct address. My order got stuck in some customs border somewhere and I never received it. So upset.
